This blog is still active. Just when I started to get regular at posting again my landlord told me he lost the building that we live in and we had to move.
We have been freaking out (lol) packing, looking, finding and cleaning.
I have a confession, I am not good at moving so it has been chaos.
I will be back soon (with in a week I hope) posting regular.

I am glad that the bombers have been caught. I am happy that the threat is over now.
My heart goes out to the families of all the victims. This includes the family members of the bombers.
May all find some kind of peace.

An explosion ripped through a fertilizer plant Wednesday night in West, Texas, CNN affiliate KWTX reported.
A photo taken after the explosion — which reportedly happened around 7:50 p.m. (8:50 p.m. ET) — showed a huge plume of smoke rising high into the air.
The West Fertilizer Plant is located about 20 miles north of Waco. A school and a nursing home are among the buildings near the plant.
Authorities did not respond immediately to CNN’s requests for comment on Wednesday night.

Today I don’t want to be cute.
Today I don’t want to be happy.
Here is a poem I wrote after learning about the bombing in Boston:
The Cycle of Violence
Tragedy.
Incredulity.
Anxiety.
Vengeance.
Lulled into a false sense of
security,
until the next…….
Tragedy.

Today is a super-special day!
Now I always knew how special she was, but did you know the Universe did too?
We were wakened this morning to fireworks and explosions and lots of happy tears for her birthday. How many of you can say that!
We’re going to celebrate with lots of fun. But I am NOT going to let Jen trim my nails.
