So what’s the deal here? Is dad BILLY THOMPSON JR. custodial? Does he have visitation? Is the mom still alive? Or has she mysteriously “disappeared”? Whenever you see a story where a step has prominent mention, you have to wonder about the back story. Since the mother obviously no longer lives with the father.

Since daddies don’t get pregnant and give birth by themselves, there is always a back story involved as to how they got possession and/or access to the kids.

Father Arrested For Felony Child Abuse

An Omaha father is accused of beating his children and blowing marijuana in their face. Twenty-nine-year-old Billy Thompson Jr. was charged with two counts of felony child abuse.

The crimes came to light when his 13-year-old son was interviewed by Project Harmony. The boy told them that his father had threatened him with a knife and beat him with a belt. The boy also said his stepmother grabbed him by the throat and on another occasion tried to hit him with her car.

Thompson’s 5-year-old son, 8-year-old stepdaughter and 7-year-old stepdaughter told authorities that not only did their father beat him with a belt, but he would smoke marijuana around them. Police reports also describe how Thompson played “pow wow” with the two children, where they get under a blanket and he blows marijuana smoke at them.

Thompson is being held on $ 30,000 bond. His wife was cited for misdemeanor child abuse.
